One person in a double room with a lake view possible only for direct bookings with a supplementary charge of 30% in the early and late season and 60% during the high season. No single occupation possible in the suites and during the European Bike Week.

Arrival:
15.00 to 18.00. We would be pleased if you could let us know approximately when you will be arriving at Faaker See- For arrivals after 18.00, please contact us by telephone.
Departure:
8.00 to 11.00. You are welcome to enjoy your last holiday day here. We can store your luggage and you can use our wellness facility for changing.
Tourist taxes per person and night:
It is also possible to travel to our organic farm by public transport. Drobollach at Faaker See is only 8km from Villach main train station. The nearest airport is in Klagenfurt 40km away or Ljubljana 75km away. Salzburg is around 2 hours away by rental car (190km). We can organise a transfer to our organic hotel.
We would like to inform you in advance about the possibility of an in-house massage. To enable your appointment of choice, please notify us before arrival.
You can cancel your reservation up to 2 weeks before arrival day free of charge in writing. For cancellations within 2 weeks of arrival or if you arrive later or depart earlier than agreed, we must charge the amount agreed with the booking. Depending on the season and the booking channel, alternatives may apply. Please note the applicable cancellation conditions on your booking confirmation. We recommend taking out a travel cancellation insurance, for example through EUROPÄISCHE REISERÜCKTRITTSVERSICHERUNG, place of jurisdiction and fulfilment Villach, Austria.
